For those selling privately who want more people to know their home is available. This includes creating a simple, honest video of the property and sharing it online to reach interested buyers who may not find it. General enquiries are handled first and contact details are shared with the owner only when there is genuine interest.

Some support only becomes relevant once you’ve chosen a home, or once you already own one. That might mean having someone local to guide you through the purchasing process, help you understand what’s happening or simply be there as a trusted point of contact.
